Using FitMi makes rehabilitation more engaging. Exercises become an interactive game, repetition increases, and progress becomes quickly noticeable. One of the main benefits is the ability to begin therapy at a very early stage – already during hospital stay – and continue it at home.
The core of FitMi therapy involves manipulating special disk-shaped controllers that wirelessly connect to a computer application. These optimally sized disks, covered in a non-slip surface, are easy to grip and do not slide out from hands or feet.
Thanks to built-in sensors, the system tracks the accuracy of each movement and gives real-time feedback. Information appears on the screen, while the disks also vibrate to signal the patient (as research shows, this improves motivation and engagement).
FitMi works in conjunction with the unique RehabStudio application, developed through years of clinical experience. This allows for the selection of appropriate exercises and the creation of personalized therapy programs.
RehabStudio includes 40 different exercises based on classical neurological rehabilitation protocols. Users can create custom exercise plans, even during the earliest stages of recovery.
The session duration and number of repetitions can be individually adjusted.
At the end of each session, a summary is displayed with feedback on performance, allowing users and therapists to monitor rehabilitation progress.
The FitMi kit consists of two disk-shaped controllers that connect wirelessly to a computer or tablet application. Real-time feedback on exercise accuracy is provided via on-screen messages and vibration cues from the disks. Studies show this increases patient engagement and encourages more repetitions.
To use FitMi, you need a computer or tablet with the application installed. For users without their own device, we offer sets including a laptop or a dedicated therapy tablet. With a portable device, therapy can be done anywhere – at home, while traveling, or during hospital or rehab center stays.
The dedicated RehabStudio application for FitMi monitors and stores all session results, making it easy to track progress and improve performance.
Responding to patients’ needs and interest, and to enable a fast start of therapy with FitMi, we’ve prepared complete sets including not only FitMi but also devices such as a tablet, notebook, or the therapeutic tool MusicGlove. These additions enhance the effectiveness of therapy and make home rehabilitation easy and engaging, helping you regain your mobility faster.
The FitMi kit includes two disk-shaped controllers that wirelessly connect to the RehabStudio app on a computer (the installation version of the app is included in the set on a preloaded medium for immediate setup). RehabStudio includes 40 classical exercises based on widely used therapy protocols. The app allows creation of personalized therapy plans for each patient, regardless of their rehabilitation stage.
Exercise accuracy is monitored in real time via on-screen feedback and controller vibration. Research confirms that this feedback increases patient engagement and motivates higher repetition rates.
RehabStudio stores each patient's results in individual profiles, allowing therapists to tailor future sessions, review progress, and identify which activities to repeat or when to advance to the next stage.
FitMi is ready to go immediately after installing the app and charging the controllers – no additional training or configuration is needed.
If a dedicated computer is not available in your facility, we recommend ordering a complete set that includes a laptop or an “All-in-One” desktop computer.
With firsthand knowledge of the varied needs of rehabilitation and medical facilities, we have prepared several bundles that include the FitMi system, computer equipment, and an additional cutting-edge rehabilitation tool – the MusicGlove therapy gloves.
Purchasing a complete bundle allows your facility to implement FitMi therapy regardless of size, patient volume, or technical infrastructure.
